Focus On Services - Owner's Representative As corporations and property owners seek to add or expand facilities during this booming construction market, key personnel are being stretched even thinner due to limited time and support staff. Entrepreneurs are having to divide their time between their core business and all of the peripheral details of planning and constructing new facilities. Although they would like to have the staff available to delegate these important tasks and return their focus to profit-producing issues, they are unable to justify a long-term hire at this stage of growth. Focus On Services - Construction Inspection Services Quick responsiveness -- during an ongoing project, we will inspect within 24 hours of receipt of a regularly scheduled draw. In a unique, first-time, or "emergency" situation we can respond in less than 72 hours. Integrity -- we treat your money as though it were our money. We always remember we are working for you, not the contractor or developer. If the work is not done, we won't approve it; if there is off-site storage, we'll get documentation or visit the storage site to verify it in person before approval. Experience -- over 20 years of experience in the commercial construction market as project managers, developers, construction managers, and owner's representatives has taught us what to look for and the idiosyncrasies of the draw process. Breadth of services -- we are capable of reviewing lien protection, change order requests, safety issues, and a host of other project related items.
